“The Greenery is by far one of the best places to live. The management is extremely prompt, professional, and overall amazing! Whenever my unit needed maintenance they fixed it that day or the next day. There was one time our fridge wasn’t working so they took our food to their main office fridge on the meantime so I didn’t have to waste my food. Overall I am very happy here. Ask for Jasmine! She’s the best.”
“The Greenery is an incredibly secure and safe building for Temple students. Every door has a key fob in which you use to open, and there are cameras everywhere. The parking garage is also so convenient and reasonably priced for Philadelphia! Jasmine is very friendly and willing to work with tenants on issues they may have. Maintenance is always quick to respond, as well. The floorpans are spacious, and the kitchen is really nice! The Amazon Hub lockers are on the first floor are lovely and alert you when you have a package. Each apartment has a balcony, which is one of my favorite things about the Greenery.”
