Will I feel secure?
At The Greenery, safety is a top priority. That’s why we have over 50 security cameras installed throughout the building and around the well-lit exterior. The building may only be accessed with an electronic key fob, and the secure garage is accessible only to those with parking spaces

The Greenery is within the Temple University Police patrol radius, which boasts over 125 sworn officers.

What lease terms do you offer?
12 months can sometimes be too much of a commitment, so we offer flexible 6 month lease terms at a premium. Please contact the Leasing Office for the most up to date pricing.

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through credit, debit, or ACH payments made on our tenant portal.

How do I put in a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests are all put in through our tenant portal.

What are the Management Office hours?
We are in office Monday through Friday 9 – 5. While we may not be on site past those hours we are always available via phone or email. Or our after hours emergency phone number (267) 896-3105

Is there nearby public transportation?
The Greenery is close to a variety of public transportation options! Right down the Street you can catch the SEPTA Broad Street Line that runs North to South into center city at either Girard or Cecil B. Moore. 

Is there parking?
We have our own underground reserved parking that can be rented out. Street parking is also readily available around our building.

What are current protocols during COVID-19 for touring?
While we are still giving in person tours we ask that all interested potential tenants only schedule tours if they are feeling well and not experiencing any flu like symptoms. We require all those entering the building to wear a face mask and abide by social distancing protocols. 

If it is not imperative to come to the building to see the apartment, we encourage all interested parties to take advantage of our Facetime tours.

What are current protocols during COVID-19 for Incoming and Current Tenants? 
Although current guidelines have lightened, we ask all tenants to continue to follow all social distance and mask wearing guidelines. We cannot tell you not to have gatherings however, we ask all current and incoming tenants to be respectful of their neighbors and keep all gatherings to the minimum amount of people in apartments. 

Our buildings are sanitized and cleaned regularly. All apartments are fully cleaned and sanitized before any move in.

Do you have extra storage?
Additional storage lockers found in the parking garage can be rented out. Please contact the Property Manager for pricing.

Where do my mail and packages go?
We have an Amazon Hub at the front entrance of the lobby. Simply register an account online using the link that will be sent to you from management and when your package is put in the room you will receive an email or text with a code to enter to retrieve your package.
