Temple Greenery is a pet-friendly, luxury apartment building located blocks away from Temple University in Philadelphia. Located at 1325 North 15th Street, all of Temple Greenery’s apartments feature large bedrooms which are perfect for students looking for off campus housing near Temple University.
Situated in the middle of one of the most historically important cities in the United States, Temple Greenery consists of 101 apartments over 4 stories. With a mix of Studio, One, and Two bedroom apartments, you can be sure to find the right apartment for you whether you are looking to live alone or with friends.
Built in 2016, our secure building features a large courtyard in the middle of our premises. Each apartment features a full set of stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops while the living space and bedrooms have real hardwood floors.
